At Gilded Ritual, we are committed to delivering exceptional service through thoughtful scheduling and mutual respect between clients and our team. To maintain service quality and fairness to all, the following policy applies to all appointments:

 

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Window (All Days)

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, on any day of the week, without penalty.


2. First-Time Client Courtesy

We offer a one-time cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment without penalty for first-time clients, as long as the appointment is not a no-show.

Important:
– This courtesy does not apply to no-shows, which are charged 100% of the service fee — even for first-time clients.
– To retain this one-time courtesy:
  – The appointment must be rebooked with the same technician
  – The rebooking must occur within 7 calendar days of the original appointment
  – If these conditions are not met, a 100% cancellation fee will apply retroactively

 

3. Weekend Appointments (Friday–Sunday)

Due to high demand, no cancellations or rescheduling are accepted with less than 24 hours’ notice for appointments booked on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Any cancellation made within 24 hours or a no-show during these days will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

Please note: The first-time client courtesy does not apply to weekend appointments. Any Friday–Sunday cancellation made within 24 hours or failure to show will be charged 100%, regardless of client status.

 

4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance:
– Weekdays (Mon–Thurs): 50% charge
– Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays: 100% charge
Same-day cancellations or no-shows (any day): 100% charge

 

5. Why We Enforce These Charges

Because we have a long waitlist, no-shows and late cancellations prevent others from accessing services they’ve been patiently waiting for. Additionally, missed appointments impact our technicians directly, as their compensation is tied to completed services. The 100% charge ensures fairness to both our clients and our team, helping us maintain high pay standards and a respectful, reliable booking experience for all.

 

6. Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms

A valid credit card is required to confirm all appointments. All cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.

 

7. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations via social media will not be accepted.

 

8. Policy Agreement

By scheduling an appointment with Gilded Ritual, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
